WHAT IS RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS?

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a graceful sport for girls involving the use of hand held apparatus such as ribbons, balls, hoops, ropes and clubs performed to music.
It is a combination of dance and gymnastics.

We offer classes from 4 years and up

Girls participate in Fun Club, Invitational, Provincial and National Competitions as their age, skills and abilities increase
